EZ Peg (Carrico's E-Z Peg™)

With the Carrico's E-Z Peg solid brass bridge pin locking system, an acoustic player can change strings in a fraction of the usual time with no tools. Once installed, the solid brass pins stabilize & secure the bridge, adding brightness and increased sustain and richness to the tone. Unlike the standard tapered peg, the string tension holds the E-Z Peg in place. Because the string is actually fed through the slotted channel and the ball of the string locks beneath the bridge, it actually stabilizes the bridge. When the tuning knobs are tightened, the tension of the string will actually draw the peg toward the bridge and seat the peg. This reduction of stress on the bridge and hole preserves the integrity of an expensive instrument and the stability keeps the guitar tuned longer. Available in 7 beautiful inlay styles.
